Colorado School of Iyengar Yoga offers two types of workshops for you to deepen your practice. About four times each year we invite nationally recognized senior Iyengar teachers to conduct multi-session weekend workshops. We also regularly offer single session workshops on special topics. Pre-registration is recommended to reserve your space. Please read each workshop listing for location and details for pricing, discounts, required number of students, etc.

Therapeutic Yoga Class

WOULD YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW BENEFIT FROM AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC YOGA
CLASS?

This class will be Saturday mornings, 9-10:30 am, tailored especially for people with limited mobility. Whether your movement limitations are due to arthritis, injuries, a recent surgery, or just plain old stiffness, this class will be FOR YOU. There will be minimal use of props and the movement is more neuro-muscular exercise than asanas. NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

General Information

Pre-registration for the workshops listed above is recommended. (Pre-registration for regular classes is not necessary, except for the Fundamentals classes.) Please don't eat a heavy meal before a workshop; come with an empty or nearly empty stomach. Wear non-restrictive clothing such as T-shirt and shorts or a leotard and tights that do not cover feet. A dressing room is available. Please do come with a clean body (feet too!) and no fragrances.
